OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order! We do this to ensure the coffee you receive is fresh and ready to go. We aim to get your purchase out to you as soon as possible. However, due to high volume all orders are roasted on a Friday and sent out Monday morning, please allow time for this to appear within your shipping updates. 

Shipping is facilitated by Sendle and will generally reach an address within the following time frames. 

• Melbourne Metro area: 1-2 working days 
• Regional Victoria: 2-3 working days 
• Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane: 2-4 working days.
• Canberra & Hobart: 2-5 working days.
• Darwin, Perth and Interstate Regional areas: 3 - 10 days.

However, due to current circumstances due to COVID-19 please allow up to an extra business day for deliveries.
